A Day in the Life of an Interpreter
This short documentary profiles two MIIS alumni who work in the field of Translation and Interpretation in Washington, DC. Iciar Gomez and Andrea Verdasco, both from Spain, allow independent filmmaker Jed Wolfington (also a MIIS graduate) a behind-the-scenes view of a profession where many MIIS graduates are making an impact. The three of them met while students at MIIS during a Monterey Model exercise.

Filmed by the boys at Jones Air, Australia. A great video showing what it's really like flying these planes (AT 602, AT 802 single and double cabs, and Thrushes). The AT 802 are have over 1350HP, and are currently the largest Ag Plane you can get, however a 1002 is in development! Ag spraying has one of the highest fatalaty rates of all professions. Keep a close eye out for the number of powerlines and other obstacles these guys have to negotiate, just to get good coverage. Next time ya see an ag pilot, pat him on the back.
